I’ve been trying to break out of my usual evening routine lately. Usually, I’d just browse porn videos for twenty minutes before bed, but I realized it was becoming a bit of a mindless ritual rather than something I actually enjoyed. I decided to swap that time for a quick workout or some meditation instead, and honestly, my mood has improved quite a bit. I still indulge every now and then, but making it a "choice" rather than a "habit" has made a huge difference in my energy levels. Has anyone else tried "detoxing" from their digital habits just to see how it feels?

Just popped in to see what’s trending on the boards today. It’s funny how often the "digital detox" topic comes up in various forms, whether it’s about gaming, social media, or this. I think we’re all just collectively realizing that our brains weren't meant to be plugged into the wall 24/7. I’m usually out on the trails during my free time, so I don't run into this issue as much, but I definitely feel the difference when I stay off my phone for a few days. Interesting to see the discussion here—hope everyone finds the balance they’re looking for!
